Robert Denis is the founder and principal attorney of Omnivault. Robert has over 5 years of intellectual property law experience and has drafted over 100 patent applications spanning a wide range of technologies, with significant expertise protecting software, electronics, and consumer product inventions. While still a law student at Brooklyn Law School, Robert was awarded the Brooklyn Law School Gold Pro Bono award for dedicating over 1,000 hours working together with the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic to help startup companies and entrepreneurs secure patents for their inventions. Robert has remained incredibly passionate about helping businesses develop their intellectual property portfolios from the ground up. Robert has experience working with individual inventors, startups, and fortune 100 companies. When not working, Robert enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring new places.

First, we will have a free consultation to discuss your invention, to determine whether patent protection is right for you.
Next, we will perform a Prior Art Search for your invention, to determine whether there are any similar inventions already in existence.
After we complete a Prior Art Search for your invention, we will prepare a Prior Art Search Report, which includes an analysis of the patentability of your invention based on what we find that is similar to your invention.
Next, if we believe there is a likelihood that your invention may be eligible to receive patent protection, we will prepare and file an application for your invention, incorporating your feedback along the way during the drafting process.
Once your application has been filed, we can handle all communications received from the USPTO until your application is allowed and a patent is granted for your invention.
